A wise man knows that not a single Jew was ever killed by the Nazis and not a single Palestinian was ever killed by the Israelis because in truth it was a lot worse: they were killing themselves. This is not an easy statement to comprehend, but logic and science can help us so.

Those that argue against the above statement believe there are billions of people existing in the world, each with their individual self. But is this true? Is the world filled with billions of selves or are we deceiving ourselves? Are there Nazis, Israelis, and Palestinians possessing their own selves the way we believe in?

In order to do this, we must ask the following question and investigate it.

Does a person possess their own self?

Science and logic tell us that only what is truly one entity can be considered and treated as one entity, as a self. And, only what is not a product of something else can be defined and treated as its own entity, as a self. So, a self has to be one entity, and can't be a product of something else. If that were true, and we can find a person like that, we should continue to treat each other as multiple selves the way we have for thousands of years. But if that is not true we need to reconsider our current beliefs and practices.

Let's start our investigation with two questions:

Q1. Is any person truly singular?

Q2. Is any person not a product of something else, but capable of producing itself?

Q1. Is any person truly singular?

1. For a person to be singular, s/he must be one entity, and most of us think this of everyone, but do such entities exist?

Let's take a closer look at a person to see if what we believe in is true.

A person who we treat as one entity (self) is made up of physical parts called the "body" and nonphysical parts called the "mind". The "body" is made up of numerous ever-smaller parts from the head, torso, and limbs to cells, atoms, quarks, and even smaller particles. None of them are singular. The "mind" is space-like and made up of infinite space-like parts. The mind is a consciousness that produces and experiences sensations, perceptions, and mental activity that create the moment-to-moment existence as we know it. Each moment is made up of ever-shorter moments, none of them singular. Therefore, the body and the mind and their parts are singular.

Q2. Is any person not a product of something else, but capable of producing itself?

The body and mind and their parts are products of previous physical and nonphysical parts since nothing can self-generate. What we call "our body" is really not ours, we did not make it. What we call "our body" is a product of male and female reproductive fluids which are products of the entire environment (food, air, water, sun, earth, the universe, the entirety,) So, our body did not generate itself but is a composite and of the entire environment, thus not different from it. The same is true with what the mind calls "my mind" or "now", my mind did not make itself, it is a continuation of the previous mind. Every moment of the mind is a product of a previously caused and conditioned moment and its conditions. So, the mind can't produce itself but is a product of a perpetually unfolding and ever-changing moment/event of the previous mind.

Thus the body and the mind are not an individual self as they are not singular and did not produce themselves. They possess no essence of their own because they are products of something else (not different from what produced them) Unless there is a singular someone who produced themselves without parents or a glass jar in a lab and who is not experiencing life as a perpetually unfolding moment-to-moment event, no person possesses their own self.

So, the idea and our belief that a person possesses their own self is false, thus it is illogical to treat a person as a single self. Since no person possesses their own self, we should stop treating each other as multiple selves the way we have for thousands of years.

To treat a person as a singular self is illogical and ignorant of the truth. Let's ask ourselves again, is it logical to believe that there are billions of individual people in the world? Are there Nazis, Israelis, and Palestinians possessing their own selves the way we believe in? Or are we all really one organism, perpetually producing and experiencing itself with countless events produced by our infinite, space-like mind?

So, why do some believe that "not a single Jew was ever killed by the Nazis and not a single Palestinian was ever killed by Israelis"? While most others are ignorant, these people have investigated their senses and mind, concluding correctly that the facts are far more important than illusions created by our minds. They realize the truth is far more horrifying as it was really the self killing itself.

To completely grasp this statement, we must understand the role our minds play in producing the false appearance of many selves when in fact persons exist without one. Labels and names such as "Nazis", "Israelis", and "Palestinians" come from our minds, and though there is nothing wrong with these concepts, it is wrong to believe what is being labeled possesses a self. No person possesses a self, but the labels projected from our minds make them appear to have one. Our minds are deceiving us and we are completely unaware of it. It is our mind's belief in its labeling that covers a person who is not singular and not different from the entirety with the meaning of singularity and the idea of self. This process of labeling and believing in them remains unconscious to us. It is not easy to understand our own mind's creative involvement in the production of this deception since everything we think is just another label/concept that perpetuates the false sense of self we are so attached to.

We have developed a system of names/labels that we project onto everything we perceive, so we can function as "you", "me", "Palestinian", "Israeli", "Nazi", etc. So, in concept, there is a Nazi, Israeli, and Palestinian, however, each exists without a self.

Labels and names are not part of anybody. Since all people exist without a self and are merely labeled as "Nazi", "Israeli", and "Palestinian", all wars and violence are perpetrated by oneself against itself.

The statement "not a single Jew was ever killed by the Nazis and not a single Palestinian was ever killed by Israelis. Instead, it was the self killing the self", is 100% true. The evidence supporting it can't be refuted with science or logic. We cannot deny this fact and it is our responsibility to reveal and accept the truth so that none will ever be at war with themselves again.
