The Benefits of Delegalizing Commercial Animal Ownership
We Need Your Help to End this Ignorance of Ownerrship.
Vast Self Charity is seeking attorneys to legally challenge the foundation of commercial animal ownership, farming, and use, demonstrating that such practices should have never been legalized. We aim to prove that the current legalization of animal ownership was established without merit, as the arguments used to support it contradict scientific and logical facts about the nature of humans and animals, which were not considered during the court's decision.
We aim to present irrefutable facts about how humans and animals exist, facts that were unavailable or omitted during the court's classification and legalization of "ownership" and the classification of animals as "property." These facts will prove that both classifications and legalizations are illegal, unfounded, and a shameful display of ignorance in the court of law. Moreover, we will demonstrate that the court’s decision to legalize commercial animal ownership represents one of the greatest injustices, with irreversible consequences for both humans and animals.
Our step-by-step demonstration will establish that humans have never had the legal right to be "owners" of animals as "property." Furthermore, we will show that animals have never been legally or morally classified as "property" that can be owned.
Our Argument
The law and logic require that what is legally referred to as the "owner" and the "property" should be provably different entities (selves). We intend to prove that the "owner" and "property" are not two different entities in the way they have been perceived, experienced, and believed to be. By presenting facts about how humans and animals actually exist versus how they appear to exist, we will demonstrate that the perception of the owner and the property as distinct, separate entities is illusory. Simple science and logic will explain the details of how this happens. These irrefutable facts will reveal that humans and animals are not different entities (selves) in the way our senses suggest. Thus, all past and current beliefs about the owner and property are completely false, contradicting the true nature of life. As a result, these classifications have always been illegal. By establishing that humans and animals are not different entities, the legal concepts of "ownership," "owner," "property," and "owned" become void. Therefore, these classifications cannot be upheld as valid or legal.
The Illusion of Separate Selves.
A critical aspect of our argument is understanding that humans and animals, like everything else, are not self-generated, independent entities. The body and mind of a human or animal are identical bacause they are not singular, isolated units; they are composed of countless smaller parts—both physical and non-physical—that are comprised of an infinite number of ever-smaller particles, thus are interconnected. No human or animal one can produce themselves, and no part of the body or mind is a self-generated entity either. This universal truth reveals that humans and animals share the same essence, a "universal self" if you will, that transcends the superficial differences our senses perceive.
Both humans and animals are products of the same universal nature because no human or animal have any individual natures that could generate them, which means there is no fundamental difference between them. The elements that make up human bodies—such as atoms, particles, and consciousness—are the same as those that form animals. Animal and humans are the manifestations of the same universal nature and it countless physical and nonphysical espects, and thus no different from it and eachother. Just as no single atom or moment of consciousness can stand alone, neither can humans or animals be considered independent entities with their own essence. If what appears as one entity is actually not one, there can’t be a valid second, third and so on. Instead, all beings are interconnected manifestations of the same universal nature, and each label—human, animal, owner, or property—being a mental construct only exisiting only in the mind, and thus not a reflection of any real difference in essence.
This illusion of separateness creates a false understanding of ownership. If humans and animals do not exist as distinct, self-contained entities, the very idea of one being owning another is illogical and without merit. Ownership, as a concept, collapses once we realize that all beings share the same essence. The distinctions between owner and property are not grounded in reality but are social constructs created by the mind.
A Path Toward Harmony.
It is essential to grasp how humans and animals exist versus how they appear to exist to address the sociological and physical harm caused by human ignorance over time. By understanding the illusory nature of separation and ownership, we can begin to remedy the suffering caused by this misunderstanding. Our goal is to offer solutions that promote harmony and ensure that everyone, both human and animal, has an equal opportunity to recover from the horrors caused by the legalized ignorance of animal ownership.
