• Our senses initially perceive each person and animal as independent entities, thus we assume that each of us possesses some kind of different individual nature and essence that set us all apart. However, a closer examination reveals a revelation challenging these convictions, bringing numerous new benefits. Exploring our bodies and minds uncovers a fundamental truth—we are not singular, independent, unique selves but manifestations of the same universal physical and nonphysical elements present in every living being.

• From the smallest particles of quarks and atoms to the grandeur of our minds, we discover an ever-changing composite shaped by countless converging particles governed by the entire existence.This applies to our minds, the nonphysical aspect shared by all living beings, where each moment of consciousness is a product of preceding moments, forming a continuous flow. This realization challenges the common belief in a standalone permanent person or an unchanging soul, as there is no permanent owner separate from the ever-changing body and mind. If there was one unchanging soul or me, the body and conscious experiences of the mind would have belonged to someone else and would have been experienced exclusively by somebody else and not me. Of course, this is not how everyone experiences themselves, thus proving that many beliefs we have accepted as true are nonfactual, unscientific, and illogical. They're based on unreality and wishful thinking of us somehow always being the same person forever and ever.

• Not a single being possesses an independent nature that can bring their bodies and minds into existence autonomously; rather everyone is a product of the whole, thus not different from it. This raises a crucial question: what produced all these countless bodies and lives in this moment of consciousness? Are there many beings living, or is it one universal being living through countless manifestations?

• Given that everyone is not one unchanging entity and identically interdependent on the whole as everyone lacks an independent nature that can produce them, it is logical to assert that the universal omnipresent mind produces everyone and lives through them. Consequently, how can we speak of differences? There are not many beings, as each form and each conscious moment is a product of the whole and thus not different from it. Our interdependence and shared essence and origin are reflections of the whole we share.

2. Common Roots, Shared Humanity:

• A profound realization emerges as we acknowledge that every living being and thing is an expression of the same nature of the entirety—the universal mind that shapes the countless universal causes and conditions that produce the countless forms experienced in the flow of consciousness. Science and logic demonstrate that no living being is one entity capable of self-generating, as none possess a nature that could; instead, the whole produces every living being. Stripping away labels our minds invent, project, and believe in reveals an undeniable sameness, an unbroken oneness. Without these labels such as “me and “they”, there is no inherent difference between any living being or thing. Our shared origin and essence, mostly overlooked for millennia, become a scientifically and logically supported fact. Unlike ancient languages of religious texts and less advanced science, today’s knowledge unveils the oneness of all life. It is a simple and unbiased truth about everybody and the whole of life that no one can refute.

3. Non-Duality and Oneness:

• The irrefutable facts of life challenge our belief in an independent, separate, unchanging self. Science and logic affirm that no one or any part of us is a singular, self-produced entity; thus, we share no distinct self from any human or animal. Our sameness and oneness with everything underscore the common origin uniting all living beings into one perpetual unfolding life-event.

• Recognizing these often-overlooked facts about all living beings is the most powerful positive experience an individual can have. Throughout our lives, we’ve toiled to protect ourselves from perceived others, only to discover we were never two selves. Everyone exists without an individual self. The fears, desires, and adversities endured were products of our ignorance and its unavoidable consequences that only result in conflicts, disappointments, wars and suffering.

• Today, empowered with the irrefutable knowledge of the facts of non-duality, we can liberate ourselves from unnecessary effort, suffering, and pain. We can connect with all forms of life that our minds traverse and incorrectly thought as “other”. Be certain that there is no “other entity” out there, except in our mind’s concepts of “me” and “they.” The current experience of distinctions and seperation results from deceived senses. Our unfamiliarity with everyone's true nature left an impression on our minds, causing our senses to mislead us into believing in the invalidity of difference and separateness in the way they appear today. We need to understand that this can be corrected by recognizing the underlying facts of our identical origin and oneness versus the appearance of duality that is a trick of our unaware mind. With a bit of practice, we began to physically see the sameness and eventually be free from the false perceptions and experiences of duality, thus we transcend all suffering and causes of suffering.

• Acknowledging these facts of life compels us to dismantle mental constructs of “me” and “them” that have fueled unhappiness, conflicts, and wars for centuries. Labels such as “me” and “them” are convenient but not facts about anybody; they only perpetuate falsehood, division, conflict and unhappiness.

4. Breaking the Illusion of Otherness and Motivation for Collective Action:

• Recognizing the undeniable facts of life that reveal our sameness and non-dualistic essence and origin compels us to action. The certainty that all living beings are identical in their essence and origin to me and only differ in the mind’s labels compels us to be a part of global positive change. We can no longer contribute to problems that negatively affect any living being or part of the environment that is also us. Every being is no longer “other” but inseparable from “me.” This realization motivates positive change on a global scale. Understanding that every human, animal, or part of the Earth is our responsibility becomes imperative for the survival of all inseparable life everyone is.
