Will the Accidental Killing of 3 Israeli Hostages Make Us See that All Killings in Wars are Because of "Names" only?

What Are We Without Names?

Unraveling the Root Causes of Killings in Wars & Beyond.

Introduction to the True Nature all Humans Share:

Amidst the tragedy of the accidental killing of three Israeli hostages—Yotam Haim, Samer Fuad El-Talalka, and Alon Shamriz—by IDF soldiers, there emerges an opportunity to delve into the profound truths of human existence that remains overlooked by 99% of people and their governments. This article seeks to explore the underlying factors that contribute to such incidents and whether recognizing these factors can prevent future friendly-fire accidents and transform our approach to warfare making them unthinkable.

1. The Essence of Universal Interdependence:

Our tendency to label and categorize all living beings, including ourselves, lies at the heart of countless conflicts and wars. The accidental killing by IDF soldiers underscores the consequences of projecting labels such as “me” and “terrorists” without awareness of our shared essence and origin. Our senses initially perceive each person as independent entities. However, a closer examination reveals a revelation challenging these convictions, bringing numerous new benefits. Exploring our bodies and minds uncovers a fundamental truth—we are not singular, independent, unique selves we all experience as real, but manifestations of the same universal physical and nonphysical elements present in every living being interchangeably recycled for millions or more years.. As the details of the unforgivable killings by the IDF soldiers unfold, we must recognize only two facts that were the true cause of this tragedy.

The IDF soldiers opened fire AFTER they thought these half-naked people were terrorists.

The key word here is AFTER. These half-naked people were not terrorists until after the IDF soldiers projected the label “terrorists” onto them, and believed it to be true. Their minds did this unconsciously within a second due to our social programing.. Human’s habit of labeling everything has existed for thousands or millions of years, and people still can’t realize it is the root of all humanity’s problems, especially the most obvious one—killings. Though there is nothing inherently wrong with labeling, not knowing how all people exist (1), and our blind belief in labels as facts about anybody (2), leads to all problems, conflicts, suffering and unnecessary death.

Examining the two key points behind the tragedy reveals that individuals are not inherently different until labels are imposed upon them by our mind. Understanding the identical nature of every human being, both physically and mentally, can dismantle the illusions created by divisive names.

(1) How do people exist?

Recognizing the identical composition of our bodies and minds reveals a fundamental and unbiased truth—we are not independent, unique selves but manifestations of the same universal elements present in every living being. The very essence of our existence, manifested through elements like carbon and nitrogen, finds its origins in the fiery hearts of stars. As these celestial ingredients settled and coalesced, they orchestrated the emergence of a diverse and intricate web of life on our planet. Each living being is a product to the total sum of the perpetually recycled elements of carbon and nitrogen and unimaginable number of causes and actions that brought them together to create countless forms we call ‘bodies”. The perpetually unfolding life where the whole universe is the producer of all complex elements and even more complex forms, and the produced forms our minds label “me” and “you” are one and the same. The producer and the produced only differ in those concepts because beyond our mind’s concepts there is no difference whatsoever. The whole nature lives through each and everyone and thus each and everyone is the whole. Acknowledging this shared essence diminishes the false, superficial and relative perceived differences that fuel conflict.

(2) How is our blind faith in labels harmful?

The danger lies in our unquestioning belief in labels. Without names like “me” and “they”, every human and their body and mind are identical in essence and origin. Humans share identical essence of bodies and mind, and identical origin because all humans lack individual nature capable of self-generating. Everyone’s essence is just combination of recycled elements like carbon and nitrogen, etc. The act of labeling and projection, whether “me”, “Israeli,” “Palestinian,” “friend,” or “terrorist,” distorts this truth and perpetuates conflict that is always against oneself. All killings are are done in the name of the labels we create and believe in.

2. Fear, Ignorance, and the Cycle of Conflict:

The second point highlights the impact of fear, a potent emotion rooted in our ignorance of the true reality—the interconnected oneness of all beings. Fear, a product of the illusory separation and distinctions, drives conflicts that are ultimately self-inflicted. By remaining unaware of our shared essence, origin and interconnected existence, we perpetuate a cycle of violence against ourselves, but thinking we are killing others.

The accidental killing of three Israeli hostages serves as a poignant reminder that all killings in wars stem from unfamiliarity with how everyone exists and the power we invest in names and labels such as “me” and “they”. The opportunity lies in recognizing the universal sameness and interdependence of humanity, transcending false and divisive beliefs that produce the illusion of separation. The correct understanding of the oneness we share thorough the irrefutable identical essence and origin instantly unites us all beyond what was once believed to be possible. Will this tragedy prompt a collective awakening to the self-destructive actions caused by the ignorance of our true nature and the blind belief in labels and names our mind invents? Will we keep protecting the ignorance of our true nature that only perpetuate endless wars and self-inflicted suffering? Are we going to keep killing ourselves but believing we are killing others. The choice is ours to make, and the consequences are profound. To further your understanding visit our other pages:
